    • Current students can . Can't log into Starfish? Set appointments by leaving a voicemail at 206-934-5387 with your name, phone number, ctcLink ID, and details of your request. You can also come to our front desk to schedule.
    • Prospective/future students can get guidance and support through the enrollment process from the Welcome Center.

Service Update: ctcLink is Now Live!

The ctcLink Student Homepage is where you can register for classes, view messages, track your academic progress and view your unofficial transcript, among other tasks.

If you need ctcLink help, contact the . If you need general student services support, please visit the department homepage or Virtual Assistance.

Please note that the permission number box shows up for everyone and you may or may not need one to register. Leave this field blank and click “Save" to see if a code is needed before you request one.

  • Here is a on how to register for courses through ctcLink.
  • Permission codes are ONLY issued through AdvisorSouth (not Zoom/phone)
  • Email: advisorsouth@seattlecolleges.edu. Please include the following information in your message:
    • Name and  number. If you have not activated your ctcLink ID, for information on how activate your ctcLink ID reset your password or update/recover your ctcLink account.
    • Any attachments relevant to your request or question (unofficial transcripts, placement documents, etc.)
    • Course(s) you’re trying to register for – include the item number(s) of the specific section(s)

The Advising Team offers a comprehensive array of services designed to assist you reach your educational goals.

CURRENT STUDENTS can book appointments online by following the “Schedule Advising Appointment” button above.

PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS need to call the Advising Center front desk to schedule an appointment with an advisor at (206) 934-5387.

CURRENT STUDENT: 

* Enrolled in classes at North Seattle ӰԺ, South Seattle ӰԺ, or Seattle Central ӰԺ anytime in the last 6 academic quarters and have a  password

* Applied to one of the three colleges and received a ctcLink ID (EMPLID) within the last 9 months and created their  password. If you have not activated your ctcLink ID (EMPLID), please click . 

PROSPECTIVE STUDENT: 

* Never applied to North Seattle ӰԺ, South Seattle ӰԺ, or Seattle Central ӰԺ

* Returning after more than 6 academic quarters without taking any classes

Students who were previously enrolled at South, but not in the last 6 academic quarters will not be able to log into the online scheduling system and need to call Advising at (206) 934-5387.
